Idle Hour Elementary welcomed the Class of 2039 for a playdate on August 13, giving our incoming kindergarteners a chance to get to know one another and begin getting familiar with their new school.

Throughout the playdate, students had the opportunity to meet their future classmates, interact with staff and enjoy some time together as they begin this exciting new chapter. It was a great way for our young learners  to make new friends and get a glimpse of what’s to come when they officially join us in September.

We can’t wait to welcome the Class of 2039 to our elementary schools! As playdates continue across the district in the coming weeks, we’re looking forward to meeting even more of our newest T-Birds. Welcome to the Connetquot family!
