OBMS and RMS dream big on Career Day

Oakdale-Bohemia and Ronkonkoma middle schools hosted their annual Career Days on May 1, giving students a chance to learn about a diverse array of career paths.

Professionals representing fields such as law, medicine, therapy, firefighting, finance, hairstyling, IT systems, real estate, business ownership, architecture and school counseling were among the guest speakers. They offered a glimpse into their daily work and shared the education and experiences that guided them to their current professions.

Throughout the events, students were encouraged to engage with presenters, ask questions and explore their interests, helping to spark inspiration and broaden their understanding of future career possibilities.
