Idle Hour’s Student Government spreads the magic of reading with Book Fairies

Idle Hour’s Student Government collected gently used books to donate to Book Fairies, an organization dedicated to fostering a love of reading in children. Thanks to the generosity of the Idle Hour community, the book drive was a great success and will help place books into the hands of children in under-resourced communities. Book Fairies, the largest book donation organization in the Tri-State area, supports literacy programs and helps build school, classroom and home libraries across Long Island, New York City and beyond.
