Celebrating a strong partnership between Connetquot High School and SCOPE

We’re proud to highlight the incredible collaboration between Connetquot High School and SCOPE Educational Services. Featured here are students Anthony Martello, Anhar Golam, Gianna Apollo, Kaylee Rapone, and Olivia Campagnola, alongside Andrea Longo, Director of the Cherokee Elementary School SCOPE Program. The partnership has been an invaluable experience for our high school students who have the opportunity to work at elementary schools within the district or at schools in neighboring districts.
With mentorship from Work Based Learning Coordinator Michelle Rapone, students first learned how to write resumes, apply for the job, interview successfully, follow up and complete all necessary paperwork through the on-boarding process.
Through SCOPE, numerous Connetquot students are gaining hands-on experience in different school buildings, where they develop and practice professional and leadership skills while supervising and supporting children.
