The Oakdale-Bohemia Middle School chapter of the National Junior Honor Society recently held a successful ice pop sale during lunch periods to support the Alzheimer’s Association.

The idea to support this cause came directly from the students, many of whom have loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Motivated by their personal connections, the members unanimously voted to donate the proceeds to this meaningful organization.

Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of the school community, the Honor Society proudly raised and donated $250 to help fund research and support services for those impacted by Alzheimer’s.
