Pick-Up Reminder from the Nurse’s Office
Dear Connetquot High School Families,
This is a reminder from the Nurse’s Office that any
student who has medication stored in the health office must have it picked up
by a parent no later than Thursday, June 20th.
Please note that any medication not picked up by
this date will be disposed of in accordance with school policy.
If you have any questions or need to make
arrangements, please contact the Nurse’s Office at (631) 244-2228, prompt #4.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR A STUDENT WITH A NYS JUNIOR DRIVERS LICENSE (CLASS DJ):
- Per the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles - Any person with a NYS Class DJ drivers license cannot drive to or from the high school without a parent or guardian in the vehicle.
STUDENT PARKING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL:
- THIS IS A PRIVILEGE FOR SENIORS ONLY.
- YOU MUST HAVE A NYS CLASS D LICENSE.
- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CHS PARKING TAG THAT MUST BE DISPLAYED FROM YOUR VEHICLE REARVIEW MIRROR.

REGENTS REVIEW CLASSES AT THE CONNETQUOT PUBLIC LIBRARY
- Registration for the Regents review classes featured in the Connetquot Public Library's summer newsletter will be open on Friday, June 13 starting at 9:00 am.
- There are 24 spots available in these classes, and students can register until the day of the class or attend as a walk-in if space permits.
- To register, students will need their own Connetquot Public Library card to register. If they do not have one, their parents or guardians can apply for one online through the library's website or by visiting the library in person.
- On Friday, June 13th at 9 AM, students can register online, over the phone, or in person.

STUDENT ID CARDS for CONNETQUOT HIGH SCHOOL
- This year all students are expected to wear their ID cards. (Replacement lanyards are available in grade level offices).
- Students will be scanning their ID cards upon entering the school building as well as the CHS cafeteria.
- Students will need to display their ID card when signing into a bathroom.
- Students will continue to use the ID card received last school year.
- LOST ID CARD: If you lost your ID card and need a replacement please stop by a grade level Assistant Principal Office for Assistance.
- Replacement ID CARDS will be available for pick-up in grade level Assistant Principal Office.
