Based on both their musical talents and teacher recommendations, six Connetquot High School students have been recognized as premier musicians and were selected to perform on the state and national level. 

Due to their incredible musical capabilities, Robert Alvarado (mixed chorus) and Giovanni Santiago (mixed chorus) have been selected to perform in the National Association for Music Education’s All-National Conference in Orlando, Florida this November. Additionally, students Alicia Donlon (symphonic band), Paul Foschino (symphonic band/symphony orchestra alternate), Brian Hummel (symphony orchestra) and Emily Morris (symphony orchestra) were selected as participants or alternates for the 2019 NYSSMA All-State Conference that will be held in Rochester, New York from Dec. 5-8.
