University In The High School - Farmingdale State College

Cost: $150
Grades: 10-12

Connetquot High School is proud to announce their partnership with SUNY Farmingdale. This partnership allows Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors to earn college credit while still in high school. Credits earned are transferable throughout the SUNY system as well as to other universities. Each course is offered for 3 college credits for only $150. This is a HUGE college tuition savings.

Eligible courses include:

  • Business Law I
  • College Accounting (Accounting II)
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Marketing: Intro, Sports, Entertainment, Fashion
  • Microsoft Office
  • Personal Financial Literacy
  • Sport Management
  • Virtual Enterprise
  • Wall Street Investments

 

High School Scholars - LIU Post

Cost: $290
Grades: 9-12

The LIU High School Scholars Program offers high school students a unique opportunity to accelerate their college education. Through a wide range of dual-credit courses — applicable toward both the high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree — LIU High School Scholars earn college credits while studying in their high school classrooms. Benefits include;Prepare for College, Save Money, Follow Your Passions.

Accelerated College Education Program (ACE) - Stony Brook University

Cost: $300
Grades: 9-12

The ACE program helps high school students develop the skills necessary for a successful college career, familiarizes them with the demands of university coursework, and introduces them to the learning environment and resources of a major university before they enter college full time. Students enroll in Stony Brook University courses taught in their high school. Stony Brook tuition and fees are waived; students pay only a non-refundable $300 ACE Program Fee for each course.

Registering for this course also entitles you to a Stony Brook University Student I.D., with free admission to our NCAA Division I home games and access to the University’s Libraries.
