Please note, if you have any questions on uploading your letter of recommendation into Naviance Succeed or completing the Common Application Teacher Evaluation Form, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Please refer to the "Teachers" network share drive where directions for Naviance Succeed will be stored in a file folder titled, NAVIANCE RESOURCES.

STUDENT FORM FOR TEACHER LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (PDF - 337 KB) 

The form above should be submitted by a student requesting a letter of recommendation from a teacher. The student is also responsible to submit a request from their Naviance account to their teacher. For additional information about a student, please request their Activity Sheet. This should also assist you in writing your teacher letter of recommendation.
