Rainy skies did not hamper the exuberance of district students, faculty and staff who returned to the classroom for the 2021-2022 school year on Sept. 9.

Excitement resonated throughout the halls of each of the district’s buildings as students reconnected with peers, found their classrooms and met their teachers during this year’s kickoff to a new academic year.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lynda Adams reported a smooth and successful opening and noted that students and faculty were well-prepared to meet this year’s academic challenges. “I am extremely confident that the 2021-2022 school year will be a productive and positive year for our entire Connetquot community.”
