Following the guidelines of Suffolk County Executive Bellone's #Stay Home Suffolk initiative and in order to assist stopping the spread of COVID-19, the Connetquot Central School District is officially closing all buildings and grounds to the public.
SCOPE childcare will still be open and operational at Cherokee Street School and twice weekly food distribution will still occur as scheduled at Connetquot High School. District employees who are deemed essential will continue to report, however, no others will be permitted in buildings and on our grounds.
We continue to be in unprecedented times and must take action to stop the spread. Thank you to all of our neighbors and friends who continue to fight this crisis from the front lines of emergency and medical services. You are truly our heroes. Please take every precaution to keep your families and loved ones safe and healthy during this crisis. Sincerely,
Lynda G. Adams Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools
