Talented members of the Sycamore Avenue Elementary School Drama Club recently performed an original production of “The Apple Corps” for their schoolmates and parents. The ensemble cast of singers, actors and dancers put on a lively show about students who came to understand the value of fresh air and sunshine and the need to spend time outdoors with friends. Through demonstrations, song and dance, the characters petitioned their “school officials” and ultimately succeeded in obtaining extra time to enjoy the open spaces.
