After undergoing a thorough application process and demonstrating strong foreign language fluency, 84 Connetquot High School students were inducted into the National Foreign Language Honor Society.
    
These students have all maintained an average of 90 percent or better for eight consecutive quarters in their respective language courses, as well as an overall average of 85 percent or better and no failing marks throughout their high school careers.

During the recent induction ceremony, students Taylor Rogan (Italian), Lea Romano (French) and Allison Runkel (Spanish) helped to administer the society’s official oaths. Additionally, commemorative honor society certificates were presented by Foreign Language Honor Society advisors Adriana DeFelice, Eileen McGinnis and Cheryl Sosa.
