Governor Andrew Cuomo, in Executive Order 202.39, issued on June 8, 2020, has extended the deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots, only, until June 16, 2020. This means that any properly submitted ballot mailed to the district and received by US Mail up to and including Tuesday, June 16, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. will be included in the count.

There is a ballot drop box located in the front of the Helen R. Maloney Administration Building, 780 Ocean Avenue, Bohemia, New York 11716.

Per the governor's order, the ballot drop box will be removed from the front of the Administration Building at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9 and ballots which are hand delivered to said building, after that time, will not be included in the count.

The District Clerk will cease providing replacement ballots for those who did not receive them as of 5:00 pm June 9, 2020 due to the inability for them to be provided for a timely response.
