Ashley Clinnin, a talented fifth grader at Edward J. Bosti Elementary School was recently named a runner-up in Scholastic’s national “Create a Character Contest.” Through this contest, students around the country were asked to “come up with an imaginative and compelling character to star in a famous author’s original story,” which will appear in an edition of Scholastic’s Storyworks magazine at the end of the school year. The district congratulates Ashley on this impressive accomplishment.
