Last June, Connetquot High School student Zayr Habeeb was recognized by the Junior Science and Humanities Symposium for his outstanding independent research project.

On Oct. 27, Science National Honor Society students volunteered at the Pickman-Remmer Wetlands in southern Oakdale.
