Idle Hour’s fourth grade Student Government created a bulletin board display in the school’s main hallway to highlight the district’s Character Education/EASL Program.

On Nov. 19, Cherokee Street fourth grader Samantha Halvax was honored with the Connetquot Caring Leader Award for October, recognizing her for displaying that month’s EASL theme, responsibility.
